- We organize Group Buys the courses from the sale page then sell them back to those who can’t afford the sale page’s price or those who don’t have strong finances.

- The course content will be exactly the same as you buy from the sale page.

- If you have enough money and you want to get full support from the author, you should buy the courses on the sale page.

- After your purchase, you’ll see a View your orders link which goes to the Downloads page. Here, you can download all the files associated with your order.

- Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed, we’ll also send you a download notification email separate from any transaction notification emails you receive from YourEducation.io.

- Since it is a digital copy, our suggestion is to download and save it to your hard drive. In case the link is broken for any reason, please contact us and we will resend the new download link.

- If you cannot find the download link, please don’t worry about that. We will update and notify you as soon as possible at 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (UTC+8).

- Most of the products are Instant Downloads (85% of products are available to download). But for some products, we need time to set & upload files (It takes 8-48 hours). We will try our best to deliver the download link as soon as possible.

- The wait time for Pre-orders and course Requests is 1-2 weeks.

- We have reviewed our course content before selling it and it is usually complete.

- For dripping courses must wait for updates from the author, we will send you the updated contents when it is released by the author.
